This policy describes what information CouponRock (“we”, “us”) collects when you use couponrock.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: we run a coupon site, not a data business. We collect very little, and we do not sell personal information.

Information We Collect

• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record standard technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use these logs for security, debugging, and aggregate traffic statistics.
• Contact messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond.
• No accounts. CouponRock does not require registration and does not maintain user accounts.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Functional cookies. We may use cookies needed for the site to work, such as caching and security cookies set by our infrastructure provider.
• Affiliate tracking. When you click an outbound coupon or store link, the destination merchant or its affiliate network may set cookies on their own domains to attribute a purchase to CouponRock. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the merchant and network, not by this one.
• Analytics. If we use traffic analytics, data is processed in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not build individual visitor profiles.

How We Use Information

We use the data above to operate and secure the site, measure aggregate usage, answer messages, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing email.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and protect the site (such as hosting and content delivery providers), and when required by law. Outbound clicks are shared with the relevant affiliate network as part of how affiliate attribution works; see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Data Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymized. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, including rights under the GDPR (European Union) and the CCPA/CPRA (California). Since we hold almost no personal data, most requests are simple: email [email protected] and we will handle it. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Children

CouponRock is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
